NOVELTY - The cable has nylon wire (1) which is located at the core of the cable, and the conductor layer (2) is formed by spirally winding several of copper conductors on the nylon wire. The TPE inner sheath (5) is arranged on the outer surface of the silver-copper alloy braided layer (4), and the inner surface of the TPE inner sheath and/or the outer surface of the silver-copper alloy braided layer is provided with a graphene material layer (6). The composite outer sheath (7) is arranged on the outer surface of the TPE inner sheath, and the composite outer sheath is compositely formed from polyether polyurethane material and magnetic ferrite material through mixed thermoplastic extrusion. The thermoplastic extrusion is sleeved on the outer surface of the TPE inner sheath, and the aramid fiber braided layer (8) is directly embedded and fixed on the inner surface of the composite outer sheath. USE - Strong tension retractable and unwinding communication cable in complex electromagnetic environment. ADVANTAGE - The cable prevents noise electromagnetic wave from interfering reliability of a normal signal through communication. The cable reduces stress generated by friction of a conductive layer in retracting process, thus reducing change of electric performance and mechanical performance of the conductive material, and increasing tension of the cable.
