NOVELTY - Wave-absorbing component, obtained by mixing and curing graphene powder and thermal epoxy resin, where the working wave-absorbing frequency band of the wave-absorbing component corresponds to the mass ratio of the graphene powder. USE - Used as wave-absorbing component. ADVANTAGE - The method adjusts the mass ratio of graphene in the polymer, and adjusts the overall wave-absorbing working frequency band of the polymer to obtain the graphene-polymer composite material that meets the wave-absorbing requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing wave-absorbing component comprising (a) dispersing a potassium permanganate and the graphite powder in concentrated a sulfuric acid to obtain a graphite oxide flake after the reaction, (b) cleaning the graphite oxide flakes with stirring during the cleaning process, peeling the graphite oxide flakes into graphene oxide by centrifugation, and forming a stable graphene oxide suspension in water, (c) adding a reducing agent to the graphene oxide suspension, heating the mixed solution with microwaves until fully reacted, reducing graphene oxide to reduced graphene oxide, (d) separating and washing the reacted sample, and drying, treating the obtained dried sample at a high temperature under the protection of an inert gas, and cooling to room temperature in an inert gas to obtain the graphene powder, (e) mixing the dry graphene powder with thermal epoxy resin, maintaining warm to remove micro air bubbles, and (f) carefully pouring the hot mixture into a polytetrafluoroethylene mold and curing based on the curing program to obtain a suction test piece.
