NOVELTY - Regenerated modified plastic based on waste plastics, comprises 50-85 pts. wt. matrix resin, 25-45 pts. wt. recycled waste plastic particles, 15-45 pts. wt. modifier, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.5-3.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1.5-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer. The recycled waste plastic particles are polyethylene and polypropylene. The modifier is prepared by adding hydrochloric acid into a mixed solvent at room temperature to enable the pH value of the mixed solvent to be 3.5-5.5, then adding a KH560 ((3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane) aqueous solution, adding acidified single-layer graphene under ultrasonic atmosphere and mechanical stirring, reacting for 8-12 hours, performing suction filtration, washing, and freeze drying to obtain grafted graphene, where the mixed solvent is formed by mixing deionized water and ethanol in a volume ratio of 1:10. The grafted graphene and silicon-containing monomer are added into a closed container with magnetic stirring. USE - Regenerated modified plastic based on waste plastics ADVANTAGE - The regeneration modified plastic improves binding force of modifier and the regenerated modified plastic, furtherimproves durability of the modifier on the modification effect of the regenerated modified plastic, and prolongs service life of the regenerated modified plastic. The modification enables to play a role in enhancing the flame retardant property, the mechanical property and the weather resistance of the regenerated modified plastic.
