▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/epoxy rich zinc complex coating comprises (i) performing liquid phase stripping of the graphene nanosheet in a wetting agent to obtain a small layer of graphene, (ii) mixing the small layer of graphene obtained in the step (i) with a diluent and a curing agent to obtain a graphene complex and (iii) mixing the graphene rubber obtained in the step (ii) with the epoxy resin melt and performing degassing, where the epoxy resin melt includes an epoxy resin, a zinc powder, and an auxiliary agent and the viscosity of the epoxy resin melt is 80-120 KU. USE - The graphene/epoxy rich zinc complex coating useful for ultra-deep well robot for detecting cable armored steel wire (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene/epoxy rich zinc complex coating is obtained by the above mentioned method includes a small amount of graphene, epoxy resin, zinc powder, diluent, curing agent and additives.
