NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/oxide composite material catalyst involves using graphene and oxide as raw material of catalyst, ultrasonically dispersing into solution, reducing oxidized graphene turbid liquid to form graphene turbid liquid through strong ammonia solution of hydrazine hydrate, dispersing oxide in ethylene glycol by ultrasound and then quickly adding into the freshly-prepared graphene turbid liquid with strong mixing, and finally filtering reactant, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene/oxide composite material catalyst used for air electrode of lithium air cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/oxide composite material catalyst is efficiently prepared, and provides lithium air cell with improved performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/oxide composite material catalyst involves using graphene and oxide as raw material of catalyst, ultrasonically dispersing into solution, controlling the temperature at 70-120 degrees C, reacting for 30-300 minutes, reducing oxidized graphene turbid liquid to form graphene turbid liquid through strong ammonia solution of hydrazine hydrate, dispersing oxide in ethylene glycol by ultrasound and then quickly adding into the freshly-prepared graphene turbid liquid with strong mixing, and finally filtering reactant, washing and drying. The concentration of graphene and oxide is 0.02-5 mg/ml. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/oxide composite material catalyst.
