NOVELTY - Preparing modified polyamide fiber nonwoven fabric comprises e.g. (i) pre-processing comprising (ia) dispersing graphene oxide nanoparticles in the solvent N, N-dimethylacetamide at 60-70 degrees C, evenly stirring, adding predetermined mass ratio of ionic liquid 1-vinyl-3-butylimidazole chloride salt, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 15-20 minutes to obtain modified graphene dispersion, drying to obtain modified graphene oxide nanoparticles, and (ib) separately drying the polyamide polymer and ionic liquid 1-vinyl-3-butylimidazole chloride salt to remove moisture, blending into the internal mixer according to the predetermined mass fraction ratio, carrying out melt blending at 220 degrees C for 5 minutes to obtain polyamide/1-vinyl-3-butylimidazole chloride salt blend, and (ii) uniformly blending the modified graphene oxide nanoparticles obtained in step (ia) and blend obtained in step (ib) at predetermined ratio to obtain melt-spinning material. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified polyamide fiber nonwoven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has good air permeability, moisture permeability, antistatic performance, antibacterial performance and hydrophilic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified polyamide fiber nonwoven fabric comprises (i) pre-processing comprising (ia) dispersing graphene oxide nanoparticles in the solvent N, N-dimethylacetamide at 60-70 degrees C, evenly stirring, adding predetermined mass ratio of ionic liquid 1-vinyl-3-butylimidazole chloride salt, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 15-20 minutes to obtain modified graphene dispersion, drying to obtain modified graphene oxide nanoparticles, and (ib) separately drying the polyamide polymer and ionic liquid 1-vinyl-3-butylimidazole chloride salt to remove moisture, blending into the internal mixer according to the predetermined mass fraction ratio, carrying out melt blending at 220 degrees C for 5 minutes to obtain polyamide/1-vinyl-3-butylimidazole chloride salt blend, (ii) uniformly blending the modified graphene oxide nanoparticles obtained in step (ia) and blend obtained in step (ib) at predetermined ratio to obtain melt-spinning material, and (iii) adding the melt spinning material obtained in step (ii) into twin-screw extruder for melting, the feeding section of the twin-screw extruder, setting the temperature of the plasticizing section and homogenizing section to 190 degrees C, 220 degrees C and 230 degrees C, ejecting the spinning melt from the spinning hole to obtain modified polyamide primary fiber, air cooling and stretching to obtain modified polyamide fiber nonwoven fabric. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for modified polyamide fiber nonwoven fabric, comprising the contact angle of the polyamide fiber nonwoven fabric to water is 53.8 degrees , the surface resistance is 8.9x 109 ohm/sq, and the sterilization rate of Staphylococcus aureus is 96%.
