▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Easy-cleaning nano antifouling antibacterial paint comprises 2-20 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5-20 pts. wt. bentonite, 3-8 pts. wt. silica aerogel, 0.5-20 pts. wt. modified rare earth, 5-20 pts. wt. nano graphene, 5-20 pts. wt. isophorone, 1-20 pts. wt. diacetone alcohol, 1-10 pts. wt. antifouling agent, 6-20 pts. wt. modified silicone resin, 2-20 pts. wt. ethylene glycol butyl ether and 6-30 pts. wt. butyl acetate, where the modified rare earth is modified nano cerium oxide and nano cerium oxide in a weight ratio of 0.35:1, the nano-cerium oxide and cerium oxide are modified by a titanate coupling agent, and the modified rare earth has a particle diameter of 1-100 nm; and the nano graphene has a particle diameter of 3-5 nm. USE - Used as antibacterial paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has strong adhesion, and high hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing paint comprising (i) ultrasonically dispersing nano titanium dioxide and nano graphene at 20-50 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, (ii) adding nano-cerium oxide and nano-cerium oxide into a three-necked flask, diluting with 10 times the solvent of nano cerium oxide and nano cerium oxide (the solvent is deionized water), adding titanate coupling agent (0.5-5% mass of nano cerium oxide), stirring thoroughly for 1.5-2 hours, warming at 85 degrees C, mixing and stirring for 4-5 hours, then filtering the mixture, drying, grinding and sieving to obtain modified rare earth, (iii) transferring ultrasonically dispersed nano titanium dioxide and nano graphene into a reaction kettle with a stirring paddle, stirring at 2000-4000 revolutions per minute, sequentially adding modified rare earth, bentonite, silica aerogel, isophorone, diacetone alcohol, antifouling agent, modified silicone resin, ethylene glycol butyl ether and butyl acetate, and (iv) uniformly mixing the above raw materials by ultrasonic vibration for 2-4 hours to obtain final product; (2) antibacterial paint prepared by above method; and (3) use of paint comprising applying the antibacterial paint to the surface of the article to be coated by a conventional manner, and drying.
