▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The organic electroluminescent device display has an organic electroluminescent device (30) positioned on a substrate (20). A sealing cap (40) seals the organic electroluminescent device. A getter (10) positioned inside the sealing cap comprises a graphene layer. A sealant comprising graphene is positioned between the sealing cap and the substrate. The graphene layer is located on both surfaces of the getter layer, and comprises graphene oxide. USE - Organic electroluminescent device display for use in light emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The performance of the getter is improved and thus increase the lifespan. The hole injection is facilitated to minimize the difference in energy between the respective layers so that voltage drop generated upon operation is minimized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device display.
