▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing flame-retardant and smoke-inhibiting polylactic acid fiber comprises (i) organically modifying small molecular amine and long-chain alkane phosphate by organic-inorganic hybrid technology and modifying the two-dimensional inorganic micron material to prepare organic modified two-dimensional inorganic micron fire retardant; (ii) using co-precipitation or coordination chelate of the organic modified two-dimensional inorganic micron surface fire retardant situ growth load nano smoke suppressant, and preparing flaming retardance smoke inhibiting synergistic function unit, where the nano smoke inhibiting agent is metal oxide or stannate with size of 10-100 nm; and (iii) introducing the flame-retardant and smoke-inhibiting synergistic function unit into the polylactic acid resin by physical blending, and preparing by melt spinning technique. USE - The method is useful for preparing flame-retardant and smoke-inhibiting polylactic acid fiber used in automobile interior trim, indoor decoration and home textile clothes. ADVANTAGE - The method is enable to prepare fiber with green and environment-friendly, efficient flame retardant, and realizes low adding, high efficiency of the target, reduces the influence of the polylactic acid resin performance, and improves the comprehensive performance of the fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for flame-retardant and smoke-inhibiting polylactic acid fiber is prepared by above mentioned method.
