▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Antibacterial enhanced decorative veneer plywood comprises polyethylene terephthalate (PET) decorative film, particle layer, plywood layer, particle layer and PET decorative film from top to bottom. The PET decorative film and the particle layer are adhered by foaming adhesive. The particle layer and the plywood layer are adhered by the foaming adhesive. The particle layer is composed of modified fine wood shavings, acetylene carbon black, active carbon fiber, luminous material and foaming adhesive. The plywood layer is made of plywood and shavings. The plywood is formed by roller coating and pressing the modified resin adhesive along the longitudinal texture of each single plate. The modified resin adhesive is composed of four-needle shaped zinc oxide crystal whisker, flour, nano-material dispersant and melamine modified urea-formaldehyde resin. USE - Used as antibacterial enhanced decorative veneer plywood. ADVANTAGE - The plywood: is capable of absorbing electromagnetic wave; increases the whole strength of the core plate and strengthens the whole wave-absorbing performance of the plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial enhanced decorative veneer plywood comprising (a) paving the single plate, using modified resin adhesive for roller coating along the longitudinal texture of each single plate after the roller coating, placing for 30 minutes, performing vertical and horizontal blanks, firstly placing into a cold press for pre-pressing for 2 hours, placing into a hot press for hot pressing to obtain plywood layer, where the temperature of the hot pressing is 120℃, the hot pressing time is 11 minutes, (b) subjecting the wood shavings for high pressure steam heat treatment, where the temperature is 160℃, the processing time is 5 minutes after drying to air-dry, stirring the wood shavings with water, zinc nitrate and nano zinc oxide for 30 minutes, vacuum drying at 80℃, using water to wash for two times, drying to 3% of water content, sieving to screen out 20-60 meshes of modified fine wood shavings, (c) mixing the modified fine wood shavings with acetylene carbon black, actived carbon fiber and luminous material, adding foaming adhesive, stirring for 10℃ to obtain the mixture and (d) using the plywood layer as the core plate, coating the foamed adhesive on two outer surfaces of the plywood layer, paving respectively mixture for pressing and using modified PET film to face the surface to obtain the antibacterial enhanced wood shaving veneer plywood capable of absorbing electromagnetic wave.
