NOVELTY - The structure has a graphene-based water-oxygen barrier film formed on a polymer substrate. The graphene-based water-oxygen barrier film is a graphene film, a graphene composite film, a metal, metal oxide, metal nitride and non-metallic nitride film. The graphene film is combined with a transparent electrode that is arranged on a photoelectric device. USE - Structure for improving oxygen barrier performance of a flexible substrate. ADVANTAGE - The structure improves water-proof property and operating efficiency of the photoelectric device and ensures water-oxygen barrier effect of the flexible polymer substrate.
