▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of sulfur-doped tin disulfide/tin dioxide doped carbon/reduced graphene oxide material comprises (i) dissolving tin chloride in concentrated hydrogen chloride to form a stable tin chloride solution; (ii) mixing the tin chloride solution, GO colloid, thiourea, L-ascorbic acid and distilled water, and stirring to form a uniform mixed solution; (iii) evaporating the mixed solution under vacuum pressure in a water bath, and transferring to a hydrothermal kettle for hydrothermal treatment to obtain a precursor; (iv) cooling to room temperature, centrifuging the precursor, and washing the resulting precipitate with water and alcohol successively; and (v) transferring the precipitate to the hydrothermal kettle again, and adding hydrogen peroxide to the hydrothermal kettle again, cooling the sample in the kettle to room temperature, centrifuging, washing with water, washing with alcohol, and freeze-drying obtained precipitate. USE - The material is useful in lithium ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has simple operation, environmental protection and low energy consumption, and excellent electrochemical performance.
