NOVELTY - The method involves utilizing a metal conductor (1) as a raw material. The metal conductor is rotated through a magnetic control sputtering machine (2). Graphene (3) is taken as target by the magnetic control sputtering machine. The magnetic control sputtering machine is provided with a grounding wire (4). The grounding wire is connected to the metal conductor through a carbon brush (5). An insulating layer is formed on a graphene film by a extruder (6) after extrusion of the metal conductor through a cooling water tank (7). USE - High-conductivity cable manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables uniformly forming a graphene film on a conductor surface and avoiding a problem of conductive effect.
