▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite material comprises nanotubes and no nanotube aggregates having a smallest dimension of more than 1 mm. USE - Composite material. Uses include but are not limited to wind turbine blades, insulator, sculpture, buttons for turning on or off an electronic equipment, and nanosensor. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved efficiency of dispersion and anchoring, and processing capability, and excellent mechanical strength, tensile strength and flexibility, and minimizes the presence of nanotube aggregates at high nanotube concentration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a material, which comprises a filler and at least one by-product; and preparation of the composite material, which involves (S1) providing nanotubes, (S2) providing a precursor-mechanical ligand, and (S3) optionally providing a catalyst to generate a nanotube-mechanical ligand structure. Processes (S1)-(S3) are performed in any order.
