NOVELTY - Preparation of metal substrate lubricant involves (s1) heat-melting low-melting-point metal substance, and (s2) dispersing base lubricating powder into the molten low-melting-point alloy, and cooling. The melting point of the low-melting-point metal substance is higher than the storage temperature of the lining and lower than the working temperature of the punch. USE - Preparation of metal substrate lubricant (claimed) for self-lubricating punch. ADVANTAGE - The method provides metal substrate material lubricant capable of realizing self-lubrication in die-casting processing, which is adhered to a punch in a solid state before processing, and automatically melted into a liquid state to be coated on the outer side of the punch along with the temperature rise during the processing, and ensures self-lubrication through the temperature change.
