NOVELTY - A graphene-coated aluminum foil current collector preparing method involves preparing a graphene dispersion. Coating liquid is prepared by dispersing above-mentioned dispersion liquid, binder and adjusting viscosity to prepare uniform composite conductive graphene coating liquid followed by preparing graphene coated aluminum foil by subjecting aluminum box to surface roughening pretreatment, coating composite conductive graphene coating solution on the surface of the pretreated aluminum box material at 80-120 degrees C, and vacuum drying to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-coated aluminum foil current collector. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-coated aluminum foil current collector preparing method involves preparing a graphene dispersion by dispersing the graphene in a solvent, adding a certain amount of a dispersant, opening the high pressure Micro-jet homogenizer, adjusting the pressure of 400-10000 pounds per square inch of PSI, in the dispersant emulsification based on the dispersion of graphene material to obtain a dispersion, after standing, and taking the upper dispersion. Coating liquid is prepared by dispersing above-mentioned dispersion liquid, 0.51 wt.% binder at a high speed and adjusting viscosity of 300 and 1500 centipoise to prepare uniform composite conductive graphene coating liquid followed by preparing graphene coated aluminum foil by subjecting aluminum box to surface roughening pretreatment, coating composite conductive graphene coating solution on the surface of the pretreated aluminum box material at 80-120 degrees C, and vacuum drying to obtain product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-coated aluminum foil current collector prepared by the method.
