NOVELTY - Industrial anti-corrosion graphene coating comprises 450-550 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 20-80 pts. wt. graphene-zinc nano composite, 150-200 pts. wt. deionized water and 200-300 pts. wt. pigments and fillers, where graphene-zinc nano composite is composed of nano zinc oxide particles on surface of graphene oxide in situ growth reduction. USE - The coating is useful for coating outer surfaces of airplane, boats, ship, motor vehicle, buildings, bridges, power antenna and wind turbines (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has high mechanical strength, decentralized stability, stable storage period, excellent adhesion property, reduces oxygen and metal contact and reduce the corrosion speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing industrial anti-corrosion graphene coating comprising mixing acrylic resin, graphene-zinc nanocomposite, pigment filler, deionized water and optional additives to obtain final product.
