NOVELTY - The method involves introducing gas into a micro-fluidic chip to replace an injection of a liquid-fluidic chip, and forming a micro-reaction cavity in the micro-fluidic liquid in a form of a gas-coated type. Microparticles are provided with cells, cell clusters, microorganisms, microbial clusters, bacteriophages, exosome, micelles and artificial microspheres, where the artificial microsphere is provided with polyethylene glycol, polyacrylamide, polymethyl acrylic acid, polymethyl acrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyester, silicon dioxide and graphene microsphere. USE - Method for utilizing a micro-fluidic chip of a kit (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is easy to operate, low in cost and strong in commonality. The method enables realizing quick exchange of fluid, high-efficiency separation of single particle and capturing. The method enables obtaining particle with high purity, avoiding chip blocking and realizing recycling and utilizing convenience.
