▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polypropylene conductive composite material with isolation network comprises (i) dispersing the conductive filler in the dispersion medium to obtain conductive filler suspension, (ii) dispersing the polypropylene powder in the conductive filler suspension to obtain a mixed suspension of polypropylene and the conductive filler, (iii) filtering solid in the mixed suspension, drying, and then making into a powder to obtain a polypropylene conductive isolation network body, (iv) mixing the polypropylene conductive isolation network green body with an auxiliary agent including a flow aid to obtain a polypropylene composite powder, and(v) using polypropylene composite powder as the raw material, and adopting the selective laser sintering molding process to obtain polypropylene conductive composite material with isolation network. USE - The material is useful in antistatic material, self-heating material, electromagnetic shielding material, sensor and conductor field. ADVANTAGE - The method provides polypropylene conductive composite material with excellent conductivity and good mechanical property under the condition of low conductive filler content.
