NOVELTY - High-performance epoxy bonding solid self-lubricating coating comprises 1-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin prepolymer and 30-60 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite particles. The epoxy resin prepolymer is composed of 1-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-20 pts. wt. polyamic acid-terminated hyperbranched polysiloxane (HBPSi-PAA) and 1-60 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Used as high-performance epoxy bonding solid self-lubricating coating. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance epoxy bonding solid self-lubricating coating: utilizes HBPSi-PAA, which have the effect of toughening and strengthening, provides epoxy coatings good leveling and film-forming properties, can further improve the flexibility, heat resistance and performance of the epoxy coating under extreme conditions after curing; has low coefficient of friction, high load-bearing capacity, long friction life and simple preparation process; solves the problems of easy brittleness at low temperature, easy falling off at high temperature and short service life of solid self-lubricating coatings used in the fields of aviation and aerospace. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-performance epoxy bonding solid self-lubricating coating, comprising (i) adding 30-60 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite particles into 10-100 pts. wt. organic solvent and ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite particle dispersion, (ii) adding 1-50 pts. wt. amino-terminated hyperbranched polysiloxane into 1-100 pts. wt. polyamic acid, stirring and reacting at room temperature for 3-15 hours to obtain HBPSi-PAA, (iii) stirring 1-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin with 1-20 pts. wt. HBPSi-PAA and 1-100 pts. wt. curing agent and reacting at 60-130 degrees C for 10-60 minutes to obtain modified epoxy resin pre-polymer, and (iv) stirring and mixing the modified epoxy resin prepolymer and the molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite particle dispersion for 5-30 minutes to obtain modified epoxy composite coating; preparing self-lubricating coating, comprising evenly spraying the high-performance epoxy bonding solid self-lubricating coating on polished surface of tinplate in 2-3 times, curing it at 80 degrees C for 5 to 10 minutes after each spraying, and solidifying in sections, where the curing process is performed by heating at 100-150 degrees C for 60-120 minutes, heating at 150-170 degrees C for 60-240 minutes and heating at 170-250 degrees C for 60-120 minutes, and natural cooling to room temperature final product.
