NOVELTY - Preparing supercapacitors using activated carbon graphene modification method involves deoxidizing activated carbon under the protection of nitrogen or argon at 750-800 degrees C to obtain the activated carbon deoxidizing material. The activated carbon deoxidizer is cooled, and then immersed in a 0.5-5% mass concentration of nickel nitrate or ferric nitrate or cobalt nitrate solution for 1-3 hours, dried at a temperature of 100-120 degrees C to a moisture content of 1% to obtain activated carbon impregnating material, placed the activated carbon impregnated material under argon protection at 800-1000 degrees C, kept for 30-180 minutes, and then cooled naturally to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing supercapacitors using activated carbon graphene modification method. ADVANTAGE - The method has low ash content, high iodine adsorption value, improves the active carbon adsorption capacity and conductivity of the active carbon.
