▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves selecting a copper sheet or iron sheet metal layer as reaction substrate. The reaction substrate is reacted in the silver nitrate and stabilizer by the principle of displacement reaction, the molar ratio of silver nitrate to stabilizer is controlled to be 1-20: 1, and the double-layer nanostructures composed of dendrites and silver nanopartic1es are obtained after 1-20 minutes. The double-layer nanostructures are first pickled with dilute sulfuric acid, alkali washed with sodium hydroxide, and washed with deionized water and dried after rinsing. The surface of pretreated double-layer nanostructures is electroplated or spin coated, and the Raman substrate is obtained after 1-20 mins. USE - Method for constructing and multi-layer structure surface-enhanced Raman substrate and precise control. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the detection limit concentration of traditional Raman substrate for probe molecules, improves the enhancement factor of traditional Raman substrate, and has low cost and simple operation. The preparation process can react quickly without requiring large-scale reaction equipment, which conforms to the concept of green chemistry. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawings show the structural diagram of multilayer structure surface-enhanced Raman substrate and prepared sample without graphene plating.
