USE - Preparation of polyaniline nanowire/graphene oxide/tin oxide composite. ADVANTAGE - The preparation is simple, reliable, and environmentally-friendly. The prepared composite material has regular space structure, high energy density and power density, and excellent cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The aqueous phase three-dimensional graphene oxide solution is obtained by ultrasonically treating for 10 minutes. The oil phase is reacted with aqueous phase at 0-5 degrees C for 24 hours by interfacial polymerization. The dark green product at oil-water interface is washed and dried at 60 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain polyaniline nanowire/graphene oxide composite material. The mixed solution is obtained by ultrasonically treating dissolved polyaniline nanowire/graphene oxide composite material for 5 minutes, reacting in a high pressure reaction kettle at 180 degrees C for 4 hours and cooling to room temperature. The mixed solution is ultrasonically treating with sodium hydroxide solution for 5 minutes, reacting for 2 hours at 180 degrees C, naturally cooling to room temperature, washing obtained product with deionized water until neutral and drying. The mass ratio of purified aniline to three-dimensional graphene oxide is 0.1-4:1. The ratio of tin (II) chloride to sodium hydroxide is 1:4. The mass ratio of three-dimensional graphene oxide to hydroiodic acid is 1:2.56. The mass ratio of tin dioxide to three-dimensional graphene oxide is 0.1-2:1.
