▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fire-retardant barrier polyvinyl alcohol composite material comprises polyvinyl alcohol, graphene oxide, alpha -phosphate, and sulfonated polyphosphazene microspheres made by intercalation-solution compound. USE - Fire-retardant barrier polyvinyl alcohol composite material. ADVANTAGE - The fire-retardant barrier polyvinyl alcohol composite material has good barrier properties and fire resistance, and improves comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing fire-retardant barrier polyvinyl alcohol composite material, which involves (A) dispersing 0.5-5 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 0.5-5 pts. wt. alpha -zirconium phosphate and 5-30 pts. wt. sulfonated polyphosphazene microspheres ultrasonically in 5-50 pts. wt. water to obtain oxidized graphene/ alpha zirconium phosphate/sulfonated polyphosphazene microsphere mixture system; (B) dissolving 60-94 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol in 70-100 pts. wt. water at a temperature of 80-95 degrees C to obtain an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol; (C) adding the mixed liquid system obtained to an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol, stirring for 5-10 hours to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol/sulfonated polyphosphazene/ alpha -zirconium phosphate/oxidized graphene mixture; and (D) pouring the mixture obtained into a glass mold and removing the dispersion medium by non-isothermal drying to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol/sulfonated polyphosphazene/ alpha -zirconium phosphate/oxidized graphene composite film, that is a fire-retardant barrier polyvinyl alcohol composite material.
