NOVELTY - A graphene-modified polyamide 6 fiber composite material comprises polyamide 6 fiber, graphene, graphene dispersant, toughener, anti-wear agent and antioxidant. The graphene dispersant is 1-naphthoic acid, silane or sodium lauryl sulfate. USE - Graphene-modified polyamide 6 fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified polyamide 6 fiber composite material has simple preparation method and good wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-modified polyamide 6 composite material comprising drying polyamide 6 fiber at 70-80 degrees C for 4-6 hours; mixing graphene and graphene dispersant, grinding, dispersing into water to obtain 4 wt.% graphene slurry, adding dried polyamide 6 fiber and remaining raw materials, blending at speed of 1000-1500 revolutions/minute for 1-3 minutes, stirring at speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 1-3 minutes, melting, granulating, and high-speed injection molding at 80-90 degrees C.
