NOVELTY - Protective coating comprises A component and B component, where the A component includes 50-65 pts. wt. multifunctional acrylic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. cellulose resin, 0.2-4.5 pts. wt. nano anti-corrosion material, 0.2-2 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. pigments and fillers, 5-20 pts. wt. solvent, and 0.2-8 pts. wt. auxiliary agent; the B component is 20-25 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent; the multifunctional acrylic resin contains hydroxy, carboxy and epoxy groups; the nano anti-corrosion material includes nano silver powder, nano titanium oxide powder, nano graphene powder and/or nano strontium yellow; the auxiliary agent includes thickening agent, toughening agent, alignment agent, flatting agent, and/or wetting and dispersing agent. USE - The protective coating useful for galvanized materials in surface treatment of galvanized guardrails on expressways (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The protective coating: is wearable and anti-freezing; has self-cleaning function, high temperature resistance, ultraviolet aging resistance, high paint light brightness, anti-rust, hydrophobic, and antifouling properties; ensures coating spraying construction operation is simple and easy, and low maintenance cost even at outdoor construction environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing protective coating, comprising (i) mixing and stirring the multifunctional acrylic resin, thickening agent and toughening agent to obtain A component, (ii) mixing cellulose resin, graphene, pigment filler, solvent, alignment agent and flatting agent, stirring and dispersing to obtain B component, (iii) mixing and dispersing the wetting and dispersing agent and the nano anti-corrosion material to obtain the C component, (iv) mixing and stirring the components A, B and C to obtain component A, and (v) mixing and stirring the isocyanate curing agent of the component B with the component A, then adding diluting agent to mix to obtain the protective coating.
