▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nanocellulose/copper composite modified resin involves dispersing different proportions of graphene, nanocellulose and nanocopper in 100 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide solution under the protection of inert gas, sonicating at 800 Watt, and washing to neutrality with water, drying at 25 degrees C to obtain nano-cellulose/copper composite material. The 1-10 pts. wt. dried and refined composite material, 80-90 pts. wt. with epoxy resin, 0.2-0.35 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. dispersant are mixed at low speed in the machine, and granulated through a single screw at 180-240 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing nanocellulose/copper composite modified resin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nanocellulose/copper composite modified resin, which has excellent dielectric properties, stability and dispersibility, and has good conductivity, heat transfer and weather resistance.
