NOVELTY - Preparing sawtooth flexible conductive composite film comprises (1) clamping the plane metal mesh with a sawtooth clamp to obtain a sawtooth metal mesh, (2) using chemical vapor deposition to grow a graphene film on the surface of the sawtooth metal mesh to obtain the sawtooth metal- graphene mesh, (3) coating the elastic polymer precursor solution on the surface of the graphene film of the sawtooth metal- graphene net, solidifying obtain the sawtooth- metal graphene net-elastic macromolecule conductive composite film and (4) removing the sawtooth metal- graphene net-elastic macromolecule conductive composite film in the sawtooth metal net to obtain the sawtooth flexible conductive composite film. USE - The film is useful for preparing the strain sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film: can respond to uniaxial strain below 20% and vertical pressure above 100 KPa and has exhibits good stretch and press sensing functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a sawtooth flexible conductive composite film, which is prepared by above method.
