NOVELTY - Thin film coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt. aqueous amino resin, 20-40 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 4-10 pts. wt. nano-diamond, 2-6 pts. wt. nano-silica, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 2-4 pts. wt. additive, 12-18 pts. wt. heat conductive filler, 2-5 pts. wt. heat conductive oil and 25-35 pts. wt. water. USE - Thin film coating is useful in electronic products, heating elements, electric appliance surfaces and other heat dissipation equipment. ADVANTAGE - The thin film coating is environmentally-friendly, has excellent heat resistance, heat dissipation function, mechanical property, wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and is simple and economical to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the preparation method of the thin film coating, which involves mixing aqueous amino resin with aqueous epoxy resin under stirring condition at 78-110 degrees C, adding nano-silica, stirring for 1.8-3 hours to obtain a modified resin (I), adding nano-diamond and graphene oxide to a ball milling mixer, adding heat conductive oil to carry out ball milling and mixing to obtain a mixture (II), adding polyvinyl alcohol to the water, stirring until polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved to obtain polyvinyl alcohol solution, adding the mixture (II) and polyvinyl alcohol solution to the modified resin (I), adding heat conductive filler and additive, and uniformly mixing under stirring condition at a speed of 650-1000 rpm for 2-4 hours to obtain the coating; and (2) the application method of the thin film coating, which involves adding water to the coating, uniformly stirring, diluting, pouring into a spray gun container, aligning the spray gun to a workpiece, uniformly spraying n times the coating on the workpiece for 3-5 minutes in each time, and naturally curing at room temperature.
