NOVELTY - A high-strength high-conductivity copper-based alloy blank comprises 70-98 wt.% copper, 1-1.5 wt.% graphene, and balance niobium and/or silver. USE - High-strength high-conductivity copper-based alloy blank. ADVANTAGE - The copper-based alloy blank has crystal grain size of 1-30 mu m, conductivity of higher than 75-100% IACS and tensile strength of 600-1700 MPa. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-strength high-conductivity copper-based alloy blank comprising taking pure copper ingot, pure niobium ingots/pure sycee, pure copper powder/pure niobium powder/pure silver powder and graphite powder, mixing, heating to 1050-1700 degrees C, keeping temperature for 10 minutes, melting, mechanically stirring for 1-5 minutes, cooling to 900-1600 degrees C, keeping temperature for 10-15 minutes and cooling by circulating water to room temperature.
