NOVELTY - Modified fluororubber compound comprises 100 pts. wt. multi-component fluororubber raw rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. vulcanized crosslinking agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent and 5-50 pts. wt. filler. The multi-component fluororubber raw rubber is banburyed into masticated rubber in a banbury mixer. The vulcanized crosslinking agent, vulcanizing agent, filler and processing auxiliary agent are uniformly blended into a mixture. The masticated rubber is blended with the mixture in an internal mixer to form a fluororubber mixed rubber. USE - The fluororubber compound is useful in sealing electrolyte of storage battery in automobile industry. ADVANTAGE - The fluororubber compound has excellent electrolyte resistance and other properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing modified fluororubber compound, comprising (1) taking all the raw materials, (2) adding multi-component fluororubber raw rubber into internal mixer, performing mastication at temperature of 95-100℃ for 4-6 minutes to make it evenly masticated, (3) mixing vulcanized crosslinking agent, vulcanizing agent, filler and processing auxiliary agent, adding into internal mixer, pressurizing and kneading for 6-10 minutes, controlling the temperature at 80-90℃ to make it fully and evenly mixed, and pouring out the rubber material to obtain mixed rubber material, and (4) placing compounded rubber material into an open mill for sheet production to obtain fluororubber compound.
