▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Pressure-proof cast alumina-based compound material is compression resistance at room temperature and having intensity of 540 megaPascal. The decomposition rate of 3 wt.% potassium chloride solution at 93 degrees C is 2.1 gram/hour, and pressure-proof cast alumina-based compound material further comprises 0.01-1 wt.% graphene. USE - Pressure-proof cast alumina-based compound. ADVANTAGE - The pressure-proof cast alumina-based compound material is simple to process, has increased degrading performance and compressive strength, and reasonable component proportion. It is convenient for industrial application in large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing pressure-proof cast alumina-based compound material, which involves: (A) casting the aluminum base composite material component proportion is soluble, weighing each component; (B) mixing aluminum source and copper source into the smelting furnace; (C) melting the magnesium source, refining, degassing and deslagging; (D) reducing the temperature and adding tin source, gallium source and indium source; (E) melting, refining, degassing and deslagging; and (F) adding the graphene into melt and stirring, standing, casting and aging to obtain desired product.
