▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based composite material preparation involves dispersing oxidized graphene in deionized water ultrasonically for 10-120 minutes with ultrasonic frequency of 20-100 Hz to obtain a mixture. A coupling agent is mixed with the mixture in a magnetic stirrer at 20-120 degrees C with 100-3000 rotations per minutes. A reducing agent is treated with the mixture for 1-10 hours to obtain a product. The obtained product is washed with deionized water. The washed product is dried in an oven at 20-120 degrees C for 5-20 hours to obtain modified graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based composite material used as barrier (claimed) for polar and non-polar solvents. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-based composite material in simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-based composite material preparation involves dispersing oxidized graphene in deionized water ultrasonically for 10-120 minutes with ultrasonic frequency of 20-100 Hz to obtain a mixture. Polyolefin is added in a solvent to obtain a mixed solution. The mixed solution is stirred at 100-3000 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours. 0.1-10 wt.% of the modified grapheme and 0.01-1 wt.% of initiator are added into the stirred solution to obtain mixed product. The mixed product is stirred at 50-120 degrees C for 1-10 hours. The stirred product is filtered to obtain a filtrate. The obtained filtrate is dried in an oven at 60-150 degrees C for 10-30 hours. The dried product is pressed in a vulcanizing press to obtain graphene-based composite material.
