▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing titanium-aluminum-silicon-carbon (Ti-Al-Si-C) plating layer modified by titanium and titanium alloy surface carbon nano material involves (a) dispersing carbon nanofiber in a solvent to prepare a suspension, and ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, (b) adding thickener, uniformly stirring and placing in an oven at 80degrees Celsius and maintaining the temperature for 30 minutes to obtain a slurry, (c) uniformly coating the slurry on the inner surface of the titanium or titanium alloy workpiece according to 1.1-1.4 times ratio of the silicon dioxide quartz vessel inner surface, drying in a vacuum drying box, and placing, (d) polishing the surface of a titanium-alloy workpiece, washing by alkali to remove the surface oxide skin and oil stain, drying, (e) melting and pouring the pure aluminum ingot under the condition of introducing inert gas, and (f) soaking. USE - The method is useful for titanium and titanium alloy surface carbon nano material used for high temperature components, e.g. aviation engine high pressure fan and turbine blade. ADVANTAGE - The plating layer has better mechanical property, excellent high temperature performance, easy production and processing, low cost, and better controllability. It has better heat stability, high compactness, and excellent high-temperature performance, controls the whole thickness of the plating layer and the ratio distribution of each phase layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for titanium-aluminum-silicon-carbon plating layer modified by carbon nano-materials on the surface of titanium and titanium alloy prepared by the method.
