NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/molybdenum disulfide nanolamellar composite lubricant comprises mixing graphene oxide solution, molybdenum source and surfactant in solvent at room temperature, adding sulfur source, and uniformly stirring to obtain precursor solution; placing the precursor solution in PTFE reaction kettle and reacting; filtering obtained suspension, washing filtrate 3 times with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and drying in vacuum oven; and heating the obtained product in quartz boat under inert gas protection. USE - Method for preparing graphene/molybdenum disulfide nanolamellar composite lubricant used as antiwear additive for base oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricant has excellent antifriction performance and abrasion resistance, and high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/molybdenum disulfide nanolamellar composite lubricant comprises: (A) mixing graphene oxide solution, molybdenum source and surfactant at weight ratio of 1:10-20:20-35 in solvent at room temperature, adding sulfur source at sulfur source-molybdenum source molar ratio of more than 2:1, and uniformly stirring to obtain precursor solution; (B) placing the precursor solution in PTFE reaction kettle and reacting at 180-240 degrees C for 12-36 hours, preferably 210-240 degrees C for 24-36 hours; (C) filtering obtained suspension, washing filtrate 3 times with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and drying in vacuum oven at 60 degrees C for 12 hours; and (D) heating the obtained product in quartz boat under inert gas protection. The sulfur source is thiourea, sodium sulfide, sodium thiosulfate, and/or amine sulfide. The molybdenum source is sodium molybdate dihydrate and/or ammonium molybdate.
