NOVELTY - High temperature-resistant nylon-graphene composite material comprises 95-105 pts. wt. nylon salt, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-6 pts. wt. organic nano-montmorillonite, 3-8 pts. wt. expanded graphite, 2-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH560, 1-4 pts. wt. 20-25% solid containing carbon dioxide sols, 1-4 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. lignosulfonate, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 0.2-1 pts. wt. blocking agent, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. 6-aminocaproic acid and 40-70 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as high temperature-resistant nylon-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent flame retardancy, high temperature resistance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature-resistant nylon-graphene composite material comprising (i) mixing nylon salt, graphene oxide, blocking agents and 6-aminocaproic acid, ultrasonically dispersing at 50-85 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain premix and adding premix into autoclave, (ii) adding nano carbon sol with a solid content of 20-25%, organic nano montmorillonite, expanded graphite, silane coupling agent KH560, nano titanium dioxide, lignosulfonate and zinc stearate into deionized water, mixing ultrasonically, adding into the high pressure reactor, and (iii) replacing air in the autoclave by nitrogen for three times, where nitrogen gas is used as a reaction protective gas, heating at 160-260 degrees C, pressure of 2-3.5 MPa, maintaining pressure at 2-3.5 MPa by releasing water vapor in the reactor for 1-3 hours, releasing pressure in the reactor to atmospheric pressure, discharging and temperature in the kettle does not exceed 280 degrees C.
