NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/amino acid composite material is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing 0.1 g of graphite oxide in 20 ml of ultrapure water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving 0.2-0.4 g of amino acid and equimolar amount of sodium hydroxide in 20 ml of ultrapure water, mixing with graphene oxide dispersion, mixing reaction liquid at room temperature for 8-24 hours, treating reaction solution with 40 ml of ethyl alcohol, treating with ethyl alcohol/pure water at ratio of 1:1, and drying at 50 degrees C for 24 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/amino acid composite material for heavy metal ion absorption under acidic condition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Product has good absorbing effect and high removal efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide/amino acid composite material is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing 0.1 g of graphite oxide in 20 ml of ultrapure water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving 0.2-0.4 g of amino acid and equimolar amount of sodium hydroxide in 20 ml of ultrapure water, mixing with graphene oxide dispersion, mixing reaction liquid at room temperature for 8-24 hours, treating reaction solution with 40 ml of ethyl alcohol, treating with ethyl alcohol/pure water at ratio of 1:1, and drying at 50 degrees C for 24 hours in which graphene oxide/amino acid composite material is applied by adding 5-15 mg of graphene oxide/amino acid composite material into 20 ml of 10-50 mg/L lead ion (Pb2+) or copper ion (Cu2+) heavy metal ion solution, stirring adsorption reaction for 0.5-24 hours, filtering by 0.22 mu m microporous filter film adsorbent to obtain clarified solution, performing flame atomic absorption method to detect heavy metal ion concentration in clarified solution, and calculating adsorption rate of graphene oxide/amino acid composite material.
