▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing light-driven Janus super-hydrophobic sponge motor involves (s1) soaking sponge in deionized water and ethanol in mass ratio of 1:1, sonicating for 1 hour, drying at 60°C, soaking treated sponge in preset volume of polydimethylsiloxane pre-polymer and cyclohexane solution of curing agent to make sponge absorb the solution, squeezing several times, drying at preset temperature for 1 hour to obtain a polydimethylsiloxane-modified super-hydrophobic sponge, (s2) pre-heating photo-thermal nano materials at 200°C for 10 minutes, and (s3) adding the curing agent to polydimethylsiloxane pre-polymer to obtain prepolymer mixture, immersing the side of the polydimethylsiloxane-modified super-hydrophobic sponge in prepolymer mixture to a preset height, waiting until the surface is not dry, pre-heating photo-thermal nanomaterials in step (s2) for bonding, curing at a preset temperature for a preset period of time, and washing with ethanol to remove excess photo-thermal nanomaterials. USE - Preparing light-driven Janus super-hydrophobic sponge motor used in oil-water separation application (all claimed) in offshore oil spill treatment and oil-water separation in wastewater of open water areas. ADVANTAGE - The super-hydrophobic motor has simple preparation method and high self-driving speed.
