NOVELTY - Method for preparing a graphene protective film on a surface of a copper alloy string involves (a) annealing copper alloy strings, placing the processed string in a quartz tube, (b) placing the quartz tube in a center of a heating furnace, (c) placing a solid carbon source at a distance of 20 cm from the heating center, (d) placing boron-nitrogen doping source at the distance of 40-40 cm from a heating center and (e) heating the string to 800-1050?? C under normal pressure in an atmosphere of inert gas and reducing gas, and (f) introducing gaseous carbon source into the quartz pipe for chemical vapor deposition to grow a graphene-boron nitride film on the copper alloystring. USE - Preparation method of string surface deposition modified graphene protective film for metal string used for playing musical instrument. Uses include but are not limited to Guita, Bess, violin and other stringed instruments. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare and analyze evaluation method of protective film of coating graphene is modified by boron and nitrogen, to deposit on the surface of the metal string for protection, solving the problem that the traditional coating protection time is too short and the coating is too thick, changing the problem of the string inherent characteristics. The modified graphene is expected to have self-cleaning effect of garbage stacking, and can greatly reduce the corrosion condition of the human sweat to the string, because of the hydrophobic and antibacterial property of graphene.
