A portion of graphene is arranged between the parallel layers at an acute angle with the thickness direction of the graphene heat-conducting film. USE - Oriented graphene heat-conducting film for preparing electronic product e.g. fifth generation (5G) mobile terminal (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The oriented graphene heat-conducting film has high in-plane heat conducting coefficient and high longitudinal heat conducting coefficient. The method is simple, has strong controllability, and provides graphene heat-conducting film having unique structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of oriented graphene heat-conducting film, which involves (s1) injecting portion of the graphene oxide slurry into a groove containing the array grid, freezing until the graphene oxide slurry has no fluidity, taking out the array grid from the groove to obtain the graphene oxide (A), (s2) injecting another portion of graphene oxide slurry into the gaps and the upper surface of the graphene oxide (A), freezing until the graphene oxide slurry has no fluidity, and drying to obtain graphene oxide (B), and (s3) carbonizing, graphitizing, and pressing; and (2) application of the oriented graphene heat-conducting film for preparing electronic product.
