NOVELTY - Three-dimensional printable heart valve hydrogel obtained by (1) adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide activates the carboxy group of L-arginine hydrochloride to the L-arginine hydrochloride solution, adding an amino-containing natural polymer material for amidation coupling reaction, placing the reaction solution in dialysate for dialysis purification and freeze-drying to obtain L-arginine-modified natural macromolecular derivative polymer, (2) drop wisely adding sodium periodate solution to sodium hyaluronate solution in a dark room, reacting, adding ethylene glycol to terminate the oxidation reaction of sodium periodate, carrying out dialysis and purification, and (3) sequentially dissolving L-arginine-modified natural macromolecular derivative polymer, oxidized sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol diacrylate and conductive chemicals, is claimed. USE - The printable heart valve hydrogel is useful in cardiovascular, heart valve and tissue engineering fields for promoting vascularization and calcification. ADVANTAGE - The printable heart valve hydrogel has good angiogenesis and inhibition of calcification, excellent mechanical properties and injectable properties; and can be customized through 3D printing technology; has excellent vascularization-promoting performance, anti-oxidant, anticoagulant and calcification, which can prolong the use time of the biological valve, promotes the regeneration and reconstruction of the valve tissue, avoids multiple operations. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Three-dimensional printable heart valve hydrogel obtained by (1) adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide activates the carboxy group of L-arginine hydrochloride to the L-arginine hydrochloride solution, adding an amino-containing natural polymer material for amidation coupling reaction, placing the reaction solution in the dialysate for dialysis purification and freeze-drying to obtain the L-arginine-modified natural macromolecular derivative polymer, (2) drop wisely adding sodium periodate solution to the sodium hyaluronate solution in a dark room, reacting, adding ethylene glycol to terminate the oxidation reaction of sodium periodate, carrying out dialysis and purification to obtain lyophilized sodium hyaluronate, (3) sequentially dissolving L-arginine-modified natural macromolecular derivative polymer, oxidized sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol diacrylate and conductive chemicals and mixing in a photoinitiator solution to obtain a 3D printable heart valve hydrogel, (4) placing the 3D printed heart valve hydrogel in the syringe of the 3D printer, and then adjusting the moving speed and extrusion pressure of the 3D printer print head, constructing the heart valve, and finally curing by ultraviolet light irradiation to obtain the 3D printed heart valve, is claimed.
