NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene film based on the flexible substrate involves coating a graphene oxide water solution on the surface of the paper substrate, drying and solidifying to obtain oxidized graphite paper; coating a layer of dimethyl silicone polymer layer, curing, soaking, reducing with 45-55% hydroiodic acid, and same time performs hydrolysis in presence of bubble hydriodic acid and automatic separating paper substrate from dimethyl silicone polymer layer of graphene film to obtain dimethyl silicone polymer layer coated graphene film based on flexible substrate. USE - For preparation of graphene film, graphene/carbon nano-tube composite film, and graphene/polyaniline composite film based on the flexible substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to control, and low cost; does not creates pollution to the environment; prepares film product that has good flexibility and flatness; is suitable for batch industrial production at normal temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene film based on the flexible substrate involves coating a graphene oxide water solution on the surface of the paper substrate and then performing drying and solidifying process to obtain oxidized graphite paper; coating a layer of dimethyl silicone polymer layer on the oxide graphene film layer, and curing the layer; soaking the graphene oxide paper coated with the dimethyl silicone polymer layer; performing reduction reaction in presence of 45-55% hydroiodic acid, and same time performs hydrolysis in presence of bubble hydriodic acid and automatic separating paper substrate from dimethyl silicone polymer layer of graphene film to obtain dimethyl silicone polymer layer coated graphene film based on flexible substrate.
