NOVELTY - Preparing silicon-based cathode self-repairing polymer adhesive involves adding polyethylene glycol diacrylate to lipoic acid, where ratio of zinc sulfate to polyethylene glycol diacrylate is 1 g:25-200 mu L, stirring and reacting at 50-100 degrees C for 1 to 5 hours to obtain polylipoic acid cross-linked by polyethylene glycol; mixing polyethylene glycol cross-linked polylipoic acid and polyacrylic acid, and dissolved in water or organic solvent at mass ratio of 1:1-20, reacting and drying to obtain polymer adhesive. USE - Method for preparing silicon-based cathode self-repairing polymer adhesive used in preparation of silicon negative electrode sheets of lithium ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polymer binder, which has strong self-repairing ability, high elongation at break, improves stable specific capacity in cycle process of lithium ion battery silicon-based cathode, and prolongs service life of lithium ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing silicon negative electrode sheet for lithium ion battery, which involves: (A) weighing silicon-based cathode self-repairing polymer adhesive, silicon-based active material, and conductive agent in proportion; (B) dispersing in solvent for mixing; and (C) coating slurry on surface of copper foil, and drying to obtain electrode sheet.
