NOVELTY - The film is provided with a grapheme layer (1) and an oxidized grapheme layer (2), where thickness of the grapheme layer and the oxidized grapheme layer is 1-50 nanometers. USE - Graphene/oxidized graphene composite film for a micro-executer and a sensor. ADVANTAGE - The film has better mechanical performance and strong response characteristic to temperature and humidity.
