USE - Preparation of dry powdered graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of dry powdered graphene by simple process at low cost with high preparation efficiency and stripping efficiency, and physical property, without introducing stripping agent, and without damaging the surface structure of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of dry powdered graphene involves using graphite powder as raw material, cleaning graphite powder, removing impurities, drying in an argon protection atmosphere, mixing graphite powder material and surfactant, and adding into a continuous screw extruder, extruding at 60-350 degrees C and 20-50 MPa, and reducing to obtain surface modified graphite powder, dispersing surface-modified graphite fine powder with a high-pressure gas stream in a pulse shock wave manner, passing an alternating electric field generated with a pair of parallel elongated metal plates, dispersing the surface modified graphite fine powder under the action of coordinated action of airflow and alternating electric field, and completely stripping. The graphite powder is a scaly graphite, expanded graphite, high orientation graphite, thermal cracking graphite, or oxidized graphite. The graphite powder has particle diameter of less than or equal to 10 mu m. The surfactant is tetramethylammonium bicarbonate, tetraethylammonium bicarbonate, tetrabutylammonium bicarbonate, dodecyltetramethylcarbonate, hexadecyltetramethylcarbonate, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, sodium hexadecylbenzenesulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, or polyvinylpyrrolidone. The ratio of graphite powder and surfactant is 1:0.01-0.1.
