▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The laser has a laser main body provided with a 20:80 coupler, a polarization controller, a graphite, a circulator and a silicon base micro-ring. The circulator is fixed with an input end of the 20:80 coupler. The graphite is connected with the silicon base micro-ring i.e. double 8-shaped structure. An erbium-doped optical fiber amplifier is connected with an output end of the polarization controller. An output end of the circulator is fixed with the silicon base micro-ring. A series connected loop resonant cavity is formed on the 20:80 coupler. USE - Graphene and silicon base micro-ring structured passive mode-locked fiber laser. ADVANTAGE - The laser is inexpensive and simple in structure, and has high pulse repeating frequency. The laser ensures stable narrow pulse width at normal working temperature. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a graphene and silicon base micro-ring structured passive mode-locked fiber laser.
