▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene-doped magnesium diboride bulk material involves (i) mixing melamine or carbon nitride with magnesium powder, placing it in a ball milling tank, and performing ball milling after vacuuming to obtain a mixture containing graphene and magnesium nitride, where the mass ratio of the melamine or carbon nitride to the magnesium powder is 1:(0.5-5), (ii) passing argon gas into the ball mill tank after the ball milling treatment in the step (i) and pumping until the impurity gas is removed, and heating the mixture containing graphene and magnesium nitride to obtain graphene mixture with magnesium nitride attached and (iii) placing the magnesium nitride-attached graphene mixture obtained in step (ii) in a glove box, mixing and grinding with magnesium powder and boron powder, pressing and sintering in sequence to obtain graphene-doped magnesium diboride bulk material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-doped magnesium diboride bulk material. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances superconductivity of graphene-doped magnesium diboride bulk material, and solves the problem of superconductivity degradation caused by high-temperature heat treatment doping.
