NOVELTY - Oil-displacing agent comprises graphene oxide-carbon nanotube compound, where the graphene oxide-carbon nanotube composite is a sheet-fibrous composite structure. The sheet diameter of the graphene oxide in the sheet-fibrous composite structure is selected from 100-1000nm. The diameter of the carbon nanotubes in the sheet-fiber composite structure is selected from 5-10000nm, and the length of the carbon nanotubes in the sheet-fiber composite structure is selected from 50-50000nm. USE - Oil-displacing agent. ADVANTAGE - None-given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a method for preparing an oil-displacing agent, which involves: a. mixing graphene oxide powder and carbon nanotube powder, stirring and grinding in powder state to obtain mixed powder; b. mixing mixed powder with water to obtain a product; and 2. a method for using an oil-displacing agent, which involves: a. selecting target well, where the target well is the oil production well that sees water in the production fluid of production well; b. injecting the oil displacement agent through the injection well, and the initial injection concentration is 1/20-1/2 design concentration; c. increasing the injection concentration to 1.5-5 times the original until the injection concentration reaches the design concentratio, the design concentration is 0.0001-0.5 wt.%, when the operation is performed, after the injection pressure rises to 0.5-2 megaPascal, and resuming water injection.
