NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene film with low energy consumption, involves (a) transforming coal into semi-coke and high-temperature volatile products under high-temperature conditions in an oxygen-free atmosphere through coal graded conversion reaction, (b) separating and pretreating the high-temperature volatile products, and separating the liquid coal tar from the high-temperature volatile products to obtain gas-phase light components, and (c) passing the vapor phase light component to the chemical vapor deposition method graphene growth reaction system and diffuses to the surface of the growth substrate in the system, where the light aromatic compound component in the gas phase light component is used as the carbon source, the gas phase light component is used as the carbon source, the hydrogen-rich gas component is the growth atmosphere, and the synthetic growth of graphene on the growth substrate surface is realized at a set temperature. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene film with low energy consumption. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces growth atmosphere for the growth of chemical vapor deposition graphene to achieve low-temperature and low-energy-consumption growth of graphene, which is also high for coal.
