NOVELTY - A tin-based complex oxide/graphene oxide composite material is composed of nanotin-based complex oxide and graphite. The tin-based complex oxide contains tin oxide complex. USE - Tin-based complex oxide/graphene oxide composite material is used as cathode material for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The tin-based complex oxide/graphene oxide composite material having excellent charging and discharging stability, is economically manufactured with low-energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A tin-based complex oxide/graphene oxide composite material is composed of nano level tin-based complex oxide and graphite. The tin-based complex oxide contains tin oxide complex (M2SnO4, where M is magnesium, cobalt, calcium or zinc).
